'Easy Salsa' - Asiatic Hybrid Lily
Lily Bulb Description
Flower Description: What a looker! We introduced this lily at the 2012 Northwest Flower and Garden Show in Seattle under the name of 'Coopers Crossing' which was later changed in Holland to 'Easy Salsa'. What a hit it was. We had harvested 180 bulbs, put them all in packages of 3 and they sold out in less then 4 hours on the first day of the show. Our fall 2012 crop will be about 700 bulbs.
These saucy, 4 to 5 inch melon-orange flowers are produced in abundance in the early summer and are uniquely marked with deep maroon brushmarks. The heavy substance of the petals means they are not bothered by hot sun and hold their colors well. Varying amounts of accent color appears at the petal edges as well. 3 to 4 Feet. June Flowering. Unscented.
Bulb Size - Our standard for bulbs of this Asiatic Hybrid Lily Bulb cultivar ranges from Premium-size» (16/18 cm) to Exhibition-size» (over 20 cm). Click here for details.
