'Little Orange Kiss' (Lilium)
Lily Bulb Description
Classification: Asiatic Hybrid Lily (USDA Zones 3-10, lows to -40° F.)At long last, a good double orange Asaitic. Others we have trialed have turned muddy as the flowers age, but ‘Little Orange Kiss’ has been the exception. Not as “fluffy” as ‘Sphinx’, some of the extra petals sport an unusual crest rather than forming another petal. Not totally pollen free as most doubles making this also a good breeder for those interested in hybridizing work. We love the unusually dark green foliage as well. Bulbs do divide at a smaller stage like the ‘Tiny’ series. These are large, flowering size bulbs graded out as 12/14 cms. 3 Feet. June Blooming.
Bulb Size - Our standard for bulbs of this lily cultivar ranges from Premium-size» (12/14 cm) to Exhibition-size» (over 16 cm). Click
