'Felino' - Orienpet Hybrid Lily

In the fall of 2018, we introduced a very limited supply of 'Icelandic Sunrise' from the world famous breeding stable of Johan Mak. At $69.95 each, those 18 bulbs sold out in 6 days. Here is your chance to have nearly the same color hue of yellow, but for a fraction of the cost. 'Felino' does not have as bold a yellow coloration, as she is lighter, (see insert of 'Icelandic Sunrise'), but she is close. Whereas 'Icelandic Sunrise' was proven to be fertile making its genetic make up quite valuable for those who hybridize lilies, we don't know if 'Felino' is fertile for breeding or not, BUT, it is a magnificent garden lily.

This new Orienpet has proven to be very color fast and we love it. At 3 to 4 Feet when settled in, she is about a foot shorter than Johan's masterpiece, but what a looker. Teamed up with the white of 'Soranno' the yellow tones of 'Felino' are intensified for an ever better look. Late July / Early August Flowering. Quite Fragrant.
