Zelmira - Orienpet Hybrid Lily

Fragrant. 3 to 4 Feet. Late July / Early August flowering.

Available out of Holland a couple years back, jobber companies (those that just buy and resell) jumped all over this lily. We thought though upon first seeing 'Zelmire', this color is much like 'Satisfaction' which had a tendency to fade badly in 90F+ summers. We decided to wait for 'Zelmira' to prove herself in our field trials.

We have been very pleased with the performance and how color fast 'Zelmira' has proven to be. Though she does fade some, to a softer pink coloration, she is far more color fast than her predecessor, 'Satisfaction'. Blooming a rich salmon to coral pink in color, 'Zelmire' has a lovely yellow accent in the flower petals that blend perfection to the overall color. Expect 3 to 4 feet, but with care and feeding, 4 to 5 feet are more likely. Late July flowering. Quite Fragrant.
